“RF LTE Network Planning and Optimization Engineers”
Network Planning and Optimization RF Engineer with strong experience in LTE Nokia Networks in order to support the following activities:

• RF Planning
• Initial Tunning
• Parameters Configuration and clusters optimization 
• KPI and objectives definition
• KPI Monitoring
• Performance Analysis
• Traffic and Capacity Optimization
• Neighbor Optimization
• Traffic Forecasting

  

“LTE Engineers”
LTE Radio Access Engineer with strong competences in eNodeB and iOMS Nokia equipments, and capable to perform the following tasks:

• Commissioning, Integration and Acceptance of eNodeB and iOMS equipments. 
• Troubleshooting Skills at Level 1-2 to clarify customer´s inquiries or solve network issues. Whenever the problem cannot be solved with customer onsite, escalate the issues within the internal teams in NSN (Care, GDC, etc), based on the internal processes.
• Generate documentation related to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Procedures.
• Competence Transfer to the Customer´s personnel with O&M Routines and Basic Troubleshooting techniques.

  

“Radio Access Engineers” (Radio Controllers 2G & 3G)
Radio Access Engineer with strong experience in Nokia Radio Controllers 2G (FlexiBSC, BSC1000/2000) and/or 3G (RNC2600, mcRNC) to do the following tasks:

• Commissioning, Integration and Acceptance 
• HW Upgrades
• SW Upgrades (i.e. RU30, RU40 or RG20, RG30) and SW Updates.
• OMS Standalone experience (installation from scratch and also migration from conventional OMS.
• RNC Interfaces Migration from ATM to IP (Iu-cs, Iu-ps, Iu-r, Iu-b)
• Megamon deployment
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and being familiar with Nethawk, Emil, Wireshark, Fishing Macro, etc. 
• KPI reporting generation and basic troubleshooting with this information

“RF LTE Model Tuning & Design Engineer, ASCOM ASSET Expert”
LTE Model Tuning & RF Design Engineer with strong experience in LTE Nokia Networks in order to support the following activities:

• Applying RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineering tools, antenna theory and performing frequency planning and implementation;
• 4 years Design experience LTE, UMTS, and GSM.
• Able to design wireless facilities based on Management direction.
• Solid Ascom Asset Propagation Modeling LTE, UMTS, GSM knowledge. 
• 5+ years experience as a RF Design Engineering or related position
• Nokia experience required.
• Solid understanding of RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineering tools and antenna theory. LTE, UMTS, and GSM technologies.
•  Understand design criteria for AWS & 700MHz design and deployment
• must have the ability to interface with cross-functional team members to gain the support required to accomplish their assignments.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong computer skills. Excel macros, Asset Moddel predictions, Actix Drive Test analysis.
• Self-motivated and ability to work within time limits.
