CelPlan de Argentina is looking for RF Network Planning and Optimization Engineers with strong Nokia 2G, 3G and/or LTE expertise, to work in Cordoba City (Argentina) starting July 2015, in order to support the following activities:

• RF Planning
• Initial Tunning
• Parameters Configuration and clusters optimization
• KPI and objectives definition
• KPI Monitoring
• Performance Analysis
• Traffic and Capacity Optimization
• Neighbor Optimization
• Traffic Forecasting

Main Responsibility Area
The Network Design & Optimization Engineer has the following main responsibilities:
• to provide network design and performance services, according to the solutions portfolio;
• to perform technical tasks for customer projects according to project plan (with project manager’s guidance);
• to provide (if necessary) on-site support to customers in his field of expertise;
• to report the progress of his/her work to key project stakeholders (project management, line management).
In addition, the Network Design & Optimization Engineer has awareness of, and works in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job.
The Network Design & Optimization Engineer may be required to provide training activities to others for network design and performance optimization field.

Position Description
NPO Engineers will develop and ensure planning and optimization activities remotely (or if required, on site) from Cordoba offices to different projects, executing the following typical tasks:
• Works in own technology field area with adequate skill level;
• Executes Network Dimensioning for sales and Network design activities;
• Develops Network Design and Optimization activities for Nokia technologies.

- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar,

RF Network Integration Engineers

CelPlan de Argentina is looking for RF Network Integration Engineers with strong Nokia 2G, 3G and/or LTE expertise, to work in Cordoba City (Argentina) starting July 2015.

Main Responsibility Area

The employee identifies, prioritizes and solves operational topics from network implementation area communicates them to stakeholders including field operations teams. Drives needed changes in own projects. Engineer is required to participating in troubleshooting on 24/7 duty and is responsible for knowledge sharing in own technology area. Influences relevant functions (e.g. product management and R&D).

Position Description

• Perform remote configuration expansions for 2G, 3G & 4G 
•  Perform New Site Integrations and new builds on 2G,3G and 4G sites 
•  Perform remote Integrations of Flexi BSC, RNC s 
•  Perform Re-homes, Swaps and activations for 2G,3G and 4G sites 
•  Perform Site parameter modifications 
•  Update IPM with Integration milestones 
•  Ensure NI support activities are completed according to planned data till Place site in maintenance mode. 
•  Lock sites ready for CM work 
•  Generate upgrade files using CM tools for upgrades 
•  Down load plans and create communication settings etc. if needed 
•  Run comparison files and check data 
•  Define external alarms for new Integrations and Alarm checks and troubleshooting 
•  Adjacency creation and loading 
• Remove sites from Maintenance mode and unlock sites for final Integration / test calls 
• Monitor test calls per site if required 
• Audit logs created from upgrade and Define maintenance regions 
• Update G-NIC tracker and tools to ensure accurate reporting showing actual timestamps 
• Check voice messages and return calls to field technician 
• Ensure quality of implemented data to sites 
• Verify functional tests with field engineer (external alarms, Q1, test calls, HO,) 
• Verify functionality of TRS to site and assist troubleshooting if required (DNC included) 
• Confirm TRS working at integration
