Location:
Buenos Aires and/or Cordoba Cities. Argentina.
Summary:
- Will make a reasonable plan of RF project and help to prepare and deliver the relative documents.
- Will monitor the RF project and help to deliver the project for customer.
- Will prepare the RF planning and solution that provided to final customer.
- Will check the RF planning and solution with their local experience and technical background.
- Will finish the Cluster tuning analysis, Cluster optimization report, and Traffic Statistics analysis.
- Will monitor network performance and solve RF problem including subscriber complain with their experience and technology.
- Responsible for handling the technical issues of RF planning, Initial Tuning and Optimization phases in the projects depending on the project schedule.

RF Initial Tuning and Optimization Activities
- System Cutover
- Cluster Drive Test analysis
- SSV Drive Test analysis
- Traffic Statistics Analysis
- Cluster Optimization
- TOP N Worst Cell Analysis
- Alarm Analysis
- Cell Parameter Analysis
- Cell Parameter Adjustment
- Trouble Shooting
- Subscriber Complaint Analysis
- Whole network Optimization
RF Engineer Qualification
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish
- Skillful to operate Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of GSM /CDMA/UMTS principles, planning and Optimization processes
- Excellent in communication and be able to convince the customer
- Desirable knowledge of NOKIA and/or HUAWEI Technologies
- Open for Senior, mid-lever and junior, local or regional engineers
